California Clean Transportation Summit: California 2030, hosted by CALSTART, succeeds the “Clean, Low Carbon Fuels Summit,” which ran annually for the past five years with the purpose of building support for the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS). During the summer of 2018, the California legislature passed SB 398, which both extended Cap-and-Trade and codified the LCFS as one of California’s key programs for climate action.
